Private local configuration
BriefBridge Local Companion keeps Diana's working records in local SQLite and uses OpenAI only for transcription and analysis.
When off, PCM chunks are forwarded for transcription and immediately discarded. When on, the local bridge also writes a WAV file under `local-data/raw-audio`.
